All too often we let our fears mount up. We become overwhelmed with worry, and the longer we leave them the more daunting they become.
Vikki created this piece to illustrate the moment we face the beast that’s been tormenting us. It reminds us to confront those menacing thoughts, ideas and worries we’ve spent too long avoiding.
She states “The focus in this piece was to make our confident character really pop against the big shadowy monster, so creating a really clear pose with a strong colour was pretty important. I went through numerous experiments to get the colours spot on and looked at getting the colour theory working well to allow the character to stand out with real presence.”
